1849747 - Way too much memory usage, About:processes shows way less total usage then task manager by a factor of 2kMB

Steps to reproduce:

Turned on my computer from hybernate from the night before

Actual results:

I checked the about:processes tab I have I have open as some processes have been grabbing what i consider way too much memory to keep idle in the background has been bogging down my laptop hard, when I closed processes that were using a lot of memory still had 4MB of usage on task manager and few if any tabs to close and process the end, full reset of firefox fixed the issue, but where is the memory leak?!

Expected results:

the memory should have been released, firefox is reserving memory that is being unused and is slowing down the laptop. Memory usage just goes up over time and never releases it, ive seen it go as far as 8MB which is like a quarter of my system memory
