After minimizing the viewer app, then restoring or maximizing the viewer app,
the content is not redrawn. Instead, the desktop background becomes
the "content" (assuming you had the desktop background in view before restoring
the viewer app from the start bar). You can actually move the viewer app
window using the mouse and the desktop background will move with it. However,
the redraw functionality works fine with other windows when they cover and then
uncover the viewer app window.

I have tested this on the Windows 95/NT and Linux platforms. As far as I have
been able to tell, this bug does not affect Linux.

Viewer is a testbed only. As such, rendering problems of this type are not worth
fixing. If you see the same problem in apprunner (mozilla.exe) then we'll fix
it.
