event details window does not scale it's content with the window size

Steps to reproduce:

Open any event in the calendar and resize the window

Actual results:

When resizing the event window (making it taller for example), the description does not resize with the window size.

Expected results:

The description field should scale to fill the remaining space of the window and update on window resize.

I noticed that this bug has been reported before as #1718615. Closing this as duplicate.
