There's no changing your account with loginmo for community accounts. All we can really suggest is you just spin up a new account and begin using it.

And what is the impact of switching to the new account? Should I rejoin related accounts, authorization groups, etc?

Yes, you would be "someone completely new" and need to be reauthorized where you have elevated permissions.
The reason here is, it's a high-touch / high-risk process to say "hello, I'm foo@gmail and I'm bar@gmail, transfer all my privs." Not everyone has a process for transferring privs / transitioning accounts / verifying who you are. But everything has a 'new user onboard' process.
