The Bookmark menu shows several empty items if its too big and then you maximize
the window. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make your Mozilla window smaller and move it to the bottom of your desktop
2. Expand the bookmark menu (hopefully you have many bookmarks)
3. Menu does not fit so you get arrows in the menu to scroll your bookmarks
4. Now maximize the window and look at your bookmarks

Noticed that to reproduce this bug you have to use scroll the bookmarks. Do
this before maximizing window.

Confirming.

Another way to reproduce:
1. Add http://www.tweakers.net/feeds/mixed.xml to your bookmark toolbar
2. Make Fx window a smaller (like 400x200px or so) until the Arrowscrollbox
arrows appear when clicked on the tweakers RSS feed.
3. Click a few times on the 'down arrow' (important!)
4. Make Fx full-screen again
5. Extra empty space/items is displayed below "Open in tabs"
