Steps to reproduce

1. Open following link: https://uksoutha.streaming.broadcast.radio/firefox_test_fallback
2. Check the URL bar for PIP button.
3. Press the Pip button from the URL bar.

Expected result

• I think the PIP button should not be available for this type of files (.mp3).

Actual result

• PIP button is available in URL bar and once pressed the PIP icon is displayed, but after being opened PIP button disappears from URL link.

Regression range

• I don't think it is a regression as the PIP button from URL bar was recently added.

Additional notes

• On Nightly build the PIP window is opened separately in taskbar but it can not be accessed. On Beta 118 issue is not reproducing only on Nightly 119.

While having the PiP auto-trigger feature enabled, this kind of audio files will be automatically launched in PiP when backgrounding the tab. The impact of this issue is enhanced when the feature is enabled.

In builds before the fix of bug 1920097, when the user activates PiP auto-trigger and loads an audio file like this, plays it and then moves focus to another tab, he will notice that a PiP window is unexpectedly automatically opened with the playing audio file.

In builds after the fix of bug 1920097, the unexpected auto-trigger issue no longer occurs.

This being said, audio files no longer auto-trigger PiP unexpectadly, however, the original issue still occurs: The URLbar PiP entry-point is still displayed in testpages like this.
