Proposal:
add an option "Force encryption for all messages. You will not be able to send unencrypted messages"
Context: it would be another option in "Default settings for sending messages", in addition to "Disable encryption for new messages" and "Enable encryption for new messages"
Use case:
this option will help all users for which encryption is vital: journalists, activists, etc.
Summary: add support for high-security E2E Imode → add support for high-security E2E mode (enforce encryption for all messages)

If you enable "Enable encryption for new messages" you basically get that. Then you will have to confirm in case you don't encrypt. Which "everyone" will need at some point anyway. Especially journalists.
