Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and observe the tab bar.

Expected result

• The tab bar is correctly displayed.

• The tabs are not readable.

Reproduced the issue on an affected Nightly build from 2023-08-31, on macOS 11.
Verified as fixed on Firefox 119.0b4 (20231002091755) on macOS 10.15, macOS 11 and macOS 12.
