In https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D187218 I'm landing a reanalyze link without testing, because it ran into some complications. We should add a test to ensure this link is formatted correctly. When we move to a reanalyze button, this bug will become obsolete and can be wontfixed.

Resolving as WONTFIX. We no longer need to worry about a link for re-analysis since we moved on to the API flow.
