Details

Steps to reproduce:

  • Install Thunderbird on a mac (in my case, version 115.2.0 on Ventura 13.5).
  • Start Thunderbird.
  • Press ⌘-Q.

Actual results:

Nothing happens.

Expected results:

Thunderbird should have closed.

Notes:

  • I am using Thunderbird in the Dutch language.
  • The menu displays ⌘-F as shortcut for closing the application. Pressing ⌘-F opens a search widget.
