A flashing picture of the web service provider and his staff is not centered as
it is on Netscape 4.7 or 7.0.  Rather it is off-center to the right hand side with
the edge out of sight.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Fault is present whenever web page is accessed. It is a permanent condition.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have displayed picture in the same manner as Netscape 4.7 or 7.0
or Linux 3.0 or Opera 6.1
