This is a follow up of bug 16302. Currently assigning to kipp per polmann
suggestion -- looks like reflow problem

1. Have ShockWave plugin installed
2. Go to the page

Expected: since the object size is specified as 100% in both directions it
should fill the area without scrollbars.

Result: scrollbars are visible, but they disapper after resizing the page and
everything looks fine since then.

I'm QA Assigning myself to this bug; it renders it difficult to verify 16302, as
I can't tell for certain whether the .swf animation is in fact requiring too much
space.
Updating to default Layout Assignee...kipp no longer with us :-(
Why are you re-reassing layout bugs? Do NOT touch layout bugs.

The bugs are assigned to Kipp so they can stay neatly organized until we have a
new owner for the block/inline code.
mass moving all Kipp's pre-beta bugs to M15. Nisheeth and I will
prioritize these and selectively move high-priority bugs into M13 and M14.
Summary: Unwanted scrollbars on initial object load → [BLOCK] Unwanted scrollbars on initial object load

moving all buster m15 bugs to m16.
Target Milestone: M15 → M16
I just pulled the latest and didn't see this. I've seen some noisy about eric
vaughan doing scrollbar work, maybe this was fixed as a consequence? Hey Eric,
I've got a whole bunch of bugs you can fix if you want to!
