User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/117.0

Steps to reproduce:

Tested the first script on page https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Web_Crypto_API/Non-cryptographic_uses_of_subtle_crypto with a 500GB file, and opened about:processes to see how much CPU time was being consumed.

Actual results:

Fx reported the tab was using > 100% of the CPU (anywhere from 100% to 200%).

Expected results:

Should not show over 100% of CPU capacity.
