Steps to reproduce:
I signed in on a macbook, and changed my password. This required me to log back in on my desktop (windows10).
Actual results:
The bars were white, even in dark mode.
Expected results:
They should also be dark

I could not reproduce the issue with Win10x64 and Mac12.6, using FF build 117.0(20230824132758) on Win10.
Can you please add more detailed steps, also does this reproduce each time? Thank you.

What theme do you have selected in Firefox? You can go to about:addons -> Themes. "System theme - auto" should have Firefox match your OS' dark theme or you can also select "Dark" theme to force it dark even if the OS is light.
