Preconditions

1 valid credit card and 1 invalid credit card saved in Chrome

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Fx
2. Click on Import data button from about:preferences

Expected result
Only 1 credit card(the valid one) is imported, so after the import is done the message should appear for 1 credit card not two.

Actual result
After the import is done the message should appear for 1 credit card not two.

Regression range

Not a regression. Reproducible with bug 1826149 after Payment methods were implemented.
