Details

As a Root Store Operator using a Add/Update Root Request Case, the ROOT INFORMATION and TEST WEBSITE tabs should present an error if the Operator attempts to edit a field on these two tabs when the case has a status of 'Complete' or 'Close'.

This bug has been fixed in production. The code changes were rolled out on 10/16/23 along with Audit Team Qualifications changeset.
