Steps to reproduce:

run FireFox.
close all FireFox windows, ** but leave the app running **
Wait a while (hours, days)
Make a selection from the FireFox Bookmarks menu, or select New Window.

Actual results:

FireFox opens a window, but the bookmark fails to load and the default new window content fails to load. No error messages observed,

Expected results:

Firefox should open the bookmark link, or open a new window with the default contents.
