Most notably, the esr-latest alias is confusing: it points at the older ESR version until we stop shipping it, and then we update it to point at the newer ESR version. (This is talked about implicitly on https://moz-releng-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/procedures/release-duty/merge-duty/merge_new_esr_branch.html)

We should have user facing documentation for these alias', mainly targeted at enterprise users.
