Details

My scroll bars are not matching the style anymore. In modern they look like any
other scroll bar. They should be blue and have mathing style to the theme. 

This is on Windows 2000, a build from CVS 2002-12-13.
Same here, 12/23 build on Windows XP.  I'm getting Classic scrollbars while
using the Modern theme.

At least in my case this appears to be caused by the profile manager using the
classic skin.  If I specify a modern using profile on the command line with -P
the scrollbars are modern themed.
