Please provide a summary of the request. [REQUIRED]
This is a request for an article about the review checker beta that will become available to some users in 119. The article will be linked from two screens in the feature UI (please see attached - Learn more link in screen 1 and How we determine review quality in screen 2)
We have put together a few notes that might be helpful for the structure of the article and information we hoped to reflect there.
Is this an on- or off-train release? Please indicate the product version number, if applicable and add to the Summary field using the format of [Product V123]. [REQUIRED]
What is the anticipated release date? [REQUIRED]
119 - in 119 the feature will be available to users on a limited basis, however, we still want the SUMO article to be available.
Does the content need to be published prior to the release date? If so, when? [REQUIRED]
No
Does the content need to be localized in any languages outside of EN-US? If yes, please indicate which languages. [REQUIRED]
Note: Minimum of 10 days required for translation requests.
Not for 119.
The content will need to be localized into French and German in our of the subsequent releases.
Please include any related JIRA/Github/Bugzilla tickets, documentation, demos or practical use cases. [REQUIRED]
Please include links to any design assets, visuals, figma files, etc. [REQUIRED]
Note: Please include final visual assets only.
Figma flow
Please add instructions for testing that will enable us to replicate the expected product behavior. [REQUIRED]
Please see testing instructions here.
Please note that foxfooding instructions reflect the behavior of the current Nightly version (as of 09/14), however Figma reflect the state of the feature that will be released in 119 (analysis will be moved to the sidebar and the need for opening a new tab will be eliminated).
Does the content need approval prior to publishing? If so, by who? [REQUIRED]
Yes, by Katie Lower and Emily Wachowiak.
Daniela, Chris, tagging you here as I haven't seen the SUMO ticket for mobile review checker filed yet, and thought that what we've got here can probably be reused (assuming we need platform-specific articles, even though a good deal of information int them will be duplicated).

Thanks for the reminder. I'll file a separate request for the Android and iOS SUMO articles and link to this one. I agree that the mobile articles can reuse some of the same content.

@lucas Rob Gross has noted that they would be available to review and clarify functionality as needed.
Lucas, Abby, the beta experiment for this feature is going out by the end of this week. It's obviously a much faster timeline than 119 release, but it would be really helpful to avoid having users encountering a completely empty link if they decide to learn more about the feature in the opt-in screen (the SUMO link is very visible in the experience, please see the attached image).
The team is ready to help with this early stub that doesn't have to have the structure or the quality of the final article - Rob and I can jump on this, and craft something if that will help avoid the empty article in the beta experiment, and have the team focus on putting together the permanent one.

I've kept this ticket open because we're expecting a few updates for the upcoming release cycle that will be incorporated here. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TjydtZmXuhsUleuZtCx0qTgbXtVBOu6B0aGjEY_tdzM/edit#heading=h.la9i2jp8999x
