STR:

• Open the attached file.

There is a blue point at the center of the page.
There is a white border with a radius equals to 2px so the blue point should be convex and on Windows 11 it looks like it's concave: some blue pixels appears within the border on the 4 corners.
It looks ok on Mac.
For the context, we use such divs in pdf.js to use them as resizers and UX would like to have them rounded.
