Steps to reproduce:

  1. Update Firefox package while Firefox is running
  2. Load some tab site
  3. Observe Restart Required page being shown
  4. Cut the URL from address bar
  5. Press ESC button while address bar is empty and focused

Actual results:

URL is not restored.

Expected results:

URL is restored.
