The issue was reported via the webcompat.com reporter. Since the issue is specific to a browser feature (Print Preview), as the map does not get rendered in Print Preview, we have moved the issue accordingly. Please feel free to move the issue to the relevant Project and Component.

Since nightly and release are affected, beta will likely be affected too.

It looks OK to me, with the only thing potentially "missing" being the background color used for the sidebar and the horizontal divider rules. That depends on whether the "Print backgrounds" option in the print dialog is enabled or not.
Is there any other issue besides the backgrounds option? If not, I think this is working as expected.

Hi Jonathan. Elements like the blueish dividers are not present in Print Preview, compared to Chrome, and the background as well, as you've stated. If this is expected, please feel free to close it, and we will use this report as a future reference for similar issues. Thank you.

Those dividers are created using narrow <div>s with a blue background. So if you have Print Backgrounds disabled, they won't show up. Same for the background of the sidebar.
If you check the Print Backgrounds option in the print preview panel, they'll be included in the print/pdf output.
