That screen just continues to loop, whereas in IE it displays once, then I'm in. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to web page listed 2.Sign in with valid ID/password 3. Actual Results: The "please wait" screen loops. Expected Results: Logged in.
Reassigning to Tech Evangelism; could be a dupe of bug 140875, "verizonwireless.com - Javascript error occurs while attempting to login." Charles: are you getting any errors in the JavaScript Console? (Help > Web Development > JavaScript Console) Be sure to clear it of any previous errors first -

Not a dup of 140875 (no JS errors appear). I've seen this also (for months). All platforms. bclary might want to take this, and also beat them up (again) about the other JS problems at verizon and verizonwireless.com. Does not appear to be JS code issues.

Charles, does this still happen? I don't have a Verizon account, so I can't check.
