Some of these tests can be racy (bug 1853687, comment 2), because they rely on added visits to be at least 1ms apart according to the system clock. Let's investigate if we can change them to pass explicit timestamps for visits instead.

FWIW, I think it would be fine to delete these tests - they are duplicates of tests which already exist in the app-services repo.
