Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Composer. 2. Maximize the window. 3. Move the mouse to the right-bottom corner of window and the mouse cursor will change. You are now able to resize the window. Actual Results: The window was resized. Expected Results: Nothing. The resize cursor should not be displayed. This happens with browser also.
Not just composer. The regular browser window seems to have the same problem.
Yes, I know. The same problem with Composer, Chatzilla, Address Book,...
