Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/117.0

Steps to reproduce:

I had about 15 Firefox windows open to youtube videos. Each was partially viewed and so partway into the video. The videos were all stopped and NOT PLAYING.
I then updated Firefox.

Actual results:

I updated Firefox to 117.0.1 because I knew that it should preserve the spaces the videos were in - I'm on Ventura macOS 13.5.2 22G91.

ALL THE VIDEOS STARTED PLAYING SIMULTANEOUSLY!!! I had to stop each one by hand. Of course now I will have to back each one up to avoid missing part of them!!

It was horrible and very noisy!

Expected results:

As it used to be, videos should NEVER start without my permission!!

This has been happening everywhere - when I open a new Youtube window
the videos start playing WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!

NEVER HAVE VIDEOS START WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!!
