Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0
Steps to reproduce:
To make it easier to read pdfs, and to write, I've rotated my monitor.
Actual results:
Most web pages stretch off the right side of the screen, and rely on horizontal scrollbars.
Mozilla support does adjust.
The header and search results on this Bugzilla do not adjust to fit the screen.
Expected results:
If these websites depend on width info from Firefox, they should get this info. If they just ignore that info, then it's not a Firefox problem, of course.
This Bugzilla should also work with narrower screens.

I am attempting to confirm your report, but I need some more information:
- Are u using a device with a smaller screen like a MacBook? Which Apple product are you using? The screen resolution might be important information.
- Which monitor are you rotating? is it the (laptop) internal screen? Or is it an external monitor?
- On which pages do you see the problem? https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/?
- Which version of Firefox reproduces your issue?
Thank you for your contribution!
I am using a Mac Mini with an Eizo 2460. I have Firefox 115 esr on MacOS, and 117 on Linux.
It is 1080p. I switch fonts and increase font sizes so I can read text. I don't use full-page zoom because it makes everything else too big, and it makes header text unreadably big while body text is still unreadably small. I also use a wide scrollbar in Linux.
The header here gets cut off at "My Dashboa..."
This page gets cut off because a sidebar and a wide image break spacing: https://willus.com/k2pdfopt/help/
I can't recall what other sites I visited that last time I tried the vertical layout. It looks like many if not most do fit, and I just stumbled across a series that don't fit.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

This should behave the same as if you shrunk the window on a large monitor. It's some websites which don't correctly adapt to small windows, not much we can do on our end.
