Downloaded an mp3 file from musopen.org
Actual results:
The 20% symbol appearing in the name of downloaded file
Expected results:
The 20% symbol not appearing in the name of downloaded file
The file without spaces is the same file downloaded via chrome browser

Hi, thanks for reporting. I reproduced the issue described on Firefox Nightly 120.0a1 from 28.09.2023 with Google Pixel 7 Pro ( Android 14) and Motorola Moto G9 plus (Android 11).

Additional information from bug 1812793
Only when filename* exists in Content-Disposition can the file name be decoded correctly, but if not, it can also be decoded on Firefox for PC and Chrome for Android.
