My Firefox is in Italian. My preferred web language is Italian. intl.accept_languages is it-it,it.
For some reason, when I search something through the address bar, the English version of Google search is opened.

I've just tried this on a test profile. When I set intl.accept_languages and then do a search on Google from the address bar, I see that Google's UI is in Italian, but the results are English based.

Is there a possibility that you changed Google's language settings at some stage? (on their page: Search Settings / Other Settings / Language & region).

Strangely, it looks like I did even though I don't remember ever doing it.
