Build: Mozilla 1.0.1 as Beonex Communicator

Reproduction:
1. Reply to a message using the HTML composer
2. Send the message to yourself, as HTML
3. Look at the HTML source

Actual result:
You see something like
<blockquote type="cite" cite="midatjqar$i9q2@ripley.netscape.com">Doug Fleschute
wrote: <br>
The color between the url scheme and the mid itself is missing, making the URL
malformed.

Expected result:
You see something like
<blockquote type="cite" cite="mid:atjqar$i9q2@ripley.netscape.com">Doug Fleschute
wrote: <br>

Importance:
We send this crap out with *every* HTML message! I don't know of a mailer which
supports blockquote cite yet, but someday they might and the messages are archived.
Trivial fix, probably.
