STR:

  1. Enable browser.privatebrowsing.resetPBM.enabled
  2. Open a private browsing window
  3. Open 25+ tabs
  4. Click the reset pbm button and confirm in the panel

Expected:
All the tabs in the current window are closed.

Actual:
A tab close confirmation dialog shows up.
