Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.01; Windows NT 5.0)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212
I have installed Mozilla 1.3 alpha on a Windows 2000 platform, there wasn't
mozilla before on this computer
When I go into the preferences and change the informations, when I want to
close the preference (by clicking on ok), it's very very slow (it takes 15s
when I change the theme for example)
When I change the proxy settings, go to manual proxy configuration, and type
one letter (or ip) in the HTTP Proxy, the charge grow up to 100%, and it is
impossible to close up the preferences setting but it is possible to close the
main browser behind
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into the preferences
2. Change one parameter
3. OK
4. It is very long to close the preference window (about 15s)
or particular case :
1. Preferences
2. Proxy settings
3. Manuel proxy
4. HTTP Proxy, type one letter
5. Charge grow up to 100%, impossible to close the window
Expected Results:
Close the preferences window fast
I have already tried to uninstall, delete the prefs in local settings, and
reinstall

I use Windows 2000 Server
