It happens only in the OS/2 version (Windows and FreeBSD versions work fine). It
seems very similar to bug #171166: if I delete the occourenceses of
"FONT-FAMILY: wingdings;" all works fine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select "File" -> "Open File"
2.Open the attached file
3.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashes

Expected Results:  
Show the html page

Doesn't crash 2002121512 here, but I don't have wingdings installed either.

I probably just need to add wingdings to the list that currently only has webdings.

However, instead of PL_strcasecmp use strcmpi.

I also added Symbol Set since we discovered it was in the same boat.
