User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 My doctor banned me from using a mouse, so it's keyboard navigation only for me. Since there are no shortcuts for "Mark as Junk", and "Mark as not junk", and there isn't even a mnemonic in the menu items, there operations are ALT-t-downarrow-downarrow-downarrow-downarrow-RET and ALT-t-downarrow-downarrow-downarrow-downarrow--downarrow-RET respectively. given that, during the training process, one is expected to perform these many times, this is a real pain-in-the-wrist, and dog slow too. can we have some hotkeys please? I suggest CTRL-J (for mark) and CTRL-shift-J for unmark, as these don't seem to be bound in mailnews at present. also, there doesn't seem to be component for the controls, so I classified this as filters, although I suppose it could be MNFE. I'm taking off the enhancement status, since I believe this makes the Junk Mail Controls effectively unusable to us accessibility users, and I think this should also be MailWindowFrontEnd. I bought creating applications with mozilla today to try and figure out what's involved, but don't let that stop anyone :)
Severity: enhancement → normal
Component: Filters → Mail Window Front End
