[Haven't investigated yet (& might not be able to right away) but wanted to file while I've got it handy.]

STR:

1. Visit https://blog.chromium.org/2023/08/protecting-chrome-traffic-with-hybrid.html in a browser window that's skinny enough so that the bullet points (X25519, Kyber-768) don't fit on a single line.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The bullet-point text just runs off the right side of the page and is clipped.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Text linewrapped & visible.

Chrome gives expected-results. I originally ran into this on Android, but the behavior-difference reproduces on Desktop too.

Indeed, yeah -- same site, same issue (text-wrap:wrap reliance). Thanks!
