Steps to reproduce:
Any time I open a Picture in Picture window from YouTube, though I think this occurs from other videos too, my entire computer freezes up. When I click off, the video to a browser tab, the video plays fine, but anytime I interact with the P-in-P window, it brings my whole computer to a screeching halt. This behavior is new, definitely in the most recent update.

Picture in Picture normally has no issues, but this was not that.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Picture-in-Picture' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
