Only CTRL-ALT-DEL will allow an escape if the program is closed ("End Task"). All other folders are accessible, such as, Inbox, Templates, etc., etc. among each account. So long as the main, header for the POP3 account is not clicked. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open email 2. Click on POP3 main header 3. Hangs Actual Results: Everything stops. The program is not responsive at all. No other browser windows can be selected. No further action can be taken within the Mail/News window. Expected Results: Prior to this error, the options page was displayed for the email account which has hyperlinks to the account's settings and other tasks.

FYI - I removed a newsgroup account that had been setup and the system returned to normal. The mailnews window now has no newsgroup accounts and seems to function properly. Hopefully, this makes sense to someone.
