User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212 Javascript controlled animation fails to render at all (blank page) in V1.3a. The page worked okay in V1.2.1 and prior. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Further Observation. This bug occurred using Developer Preview Release 5 of Java 1.4.1 for Mac OS X. When I switched back to the non-beta Java 1.3.1 shipped in OS 10.2, the animation renders properly, which makes the (DP-5)Java the suspect, rather than the browser.
