<menuitem id="view_gg_menuitem" is showing up at the bottom of my browser in big
red text.

It looks like an error page would look for an ASP page (it's got --^ underneath
the text, as though it was pointing to the char it didn't like). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the lastest nightly build (I did this Dec.16 at 1pm AST)
2. Run the program
3. 




I downloaded the release version of 1.3 in hopes that that would solve the
problem, but it doesn't.

Please do this:
uninstall mozilla, delete all files execpt the plugins subdirectory in
c:\program..\mozilla.org and reinstall mozilla.
If you still see this close mozilla and delete this files in your mozilla
profile directory :
profile\xul.mfl
profile\chrome\*.* (delete all files in this directory)
