Sync web-platform-tests PR 42308 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

Add test that uses a bunch of different origins, and make sure correct
origins are plumbed through to the auction worklets.

Also add a test that AuctionConfigs can't be used across different
main frames - this is not a security/privacy issue, just a correctness
test.
