Steps to reproduce:
When refreshing a website, I expect that after the first request (the HTML page) every cached resource is loaded instantly.

Actual results:
Cached resources take a long time loading.
Expected results:
Cached resources should be loaded instantly.
Switching pages with speed has become a problem. Every page loading takes too much time.

Could you share a link to a website where this issue shows up badly?
Or does this happen with all the sites for you?
If so, do you possibly have some addons installed?
