Mark->All Read doesn't work on saved search, Mark Folder Read doesn't appear in context menu on saved search folder

Steps to reproduce:
In Thunderbird 115.3.1 (64-bit) on GNU/Linux, create a virtual folder (saved search) and make sure the new virtual folder has unread messages in it. With the virtual folder selected, choose Message->Mark->All Read from the menu.
Actual results:
Nothing happens; no messages are marked as read.
Expected results:
All of the messages in the virtual folder at the time one picks this menu item should have been marked read (which will, naturally, cause article unread counts in constituent folders to decrease). Messages added to the constituent folder(s) later (such as newly-arriving unread messages) should, of course, show up as unread in the virtual folder.
