Actual results:
Rel notes for v115.3.1, just installed, read "In Unified Folders view, some folders had incorrect unified folder parent". This fix seems to have caused some problems - of 11 accounts I used:
- Only 5 appear under Inbox, Sent, Drafts and Deleted (in some cases, with Local Folders in addition).
- 6 appear under Archives.
- No folders appear under Junk.
Also,
4. Order of folder list has changed (minor and can be ignored).
5. Cookie settings have changed, resulting in (at least) 1 account not logging in automatically.

Which version did you upgrade from? 102 or a 115.x version?

A couple other recent reports (not necessarily 115.3.1 regressions)
- Bug 1856136 - Since update to 115 - not all my accounts show up in the unified folder
- Bug 1856386 - unified folders: inbox not showing all email accounts - some subaccounts in the inbox are hidden
- Bug 1855526 - Unified Inbox shows messages in the list only after the update of all accounts (not while other accounts are still updating)

I have a similar problem with Thunderbird 115.3.2 (64-bit) for Mac, running under MacOS Sonoma. I have two email accounts configured, and one of them has heavy problems in the Grouped Folder view.
My archive folders run from 1999 to 2023. I additionally have moved several folders with textual names to the "Archives" part. Grouped Folder view broke with the automatic update to 115 (from previous version - probably 114? I just always update):
A part of the archived folders display under "Archives", but the majority is now displayed with the non-archived folders of the mail account.
I have screenshots showing that the folders now displayed under the account root are actually under imap://user@mailserver/Archives, and the properties of "Archives" also showing imap://user@mailserver/Archives.
I have pressed the "repair stuff" button displayed in the folder properties dialog, and also compressed the complete account, without any effect.
The All Folders view displays the archives hierarchy correctly, it's just the Grouped Folders view that's broken.

Additional information: I found a quick solution to this in the comments of bug 1856136. You can install the TB Add-on "Unified Folders Debugging" and get debugging info, and after that reset the unified folders, which returns them to their non-broken condition.

[Do you prefix a colon to the display name to mention someone on here ? The "Markdown..." link below this input field takes me to Github's guide which refers to @ mentions, but their autocomplete doesn't work here]
:mkmelin - I don't know which version I updated from. Instructions for how to check (via Linux Mint logs?) welcome.
Update: Can confirm there is no change on v115.5.0 (just updated from v115.4.1).
:Thorsten Hamann - Your fix suggestion sounds promising but the warning "This extension will have permission to: Have full, unrestricted access to Thunderbird, and your computer" makes it seem too risky.
Advice, anyone?
:wsmwk - Any other info needed?
