1856937 - Test we send a Glean event when the "powered by fakespot" link is clicked

In the sidebar, as part of the settings card, there is a link to the fakespot website that reads Review checker is powered by Fakespot by Mozilla. We record a Glean event when this is clicked but this also needs a test.

See this for some info I found investigating testing this.

This issue is Verified as fixed in our latest Nightly build 121.0a1 (2023-10-28), The shopping.surface_powered_by_fakespot_link_clicked event is recorded and displayed with GLEAN.

Bug 1856715 was the most recent bug for telemetry event implementation, including when we click on the Powered by Fakespot link. This bug just adds an automated test to make sure that event runs as expected.

Reverting my changes for this issue, It wasnt clear which issue implement that event being recorded, I will update the other issue Bug 1856715.
