There seems to be a bug in the visualmetrics script where the lastvisualchange can be impacted by changes to the browser UI/chrome. We should investigate to see what is causing this, and resolve it. It's likely that the chrome colouring is impacting the fuzz factor usage in some way - maybe the images aren't being cropped properly, or at all at a certain stage.
