The numbered list doesn't increase the number. The strange thing is that the
article shows a screeshot with the correct numbering. I wonder if this worked in
previous versions of the browser (it doesn't work either in Mozilla1.2 currently).
The file to look at is http://www.xml.com/2000/03/29/tutorial/examples/display1.xml

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.xml.com/2000/03/29/tutorial/examples/display1.xml
2. Look at the numbers in the list. They are always 0

Actual Results:  
Numbers didn't increase.

Expected Results:  
Show 1. and 2. as the item numbers.

This bug is important becasue it doesn't allow complete XML+CSS applications to
be built.
