Browser window does not scroll using the synaptics touchpad on my laptop. 
(works fine with an externally attached USB mouse w/ wheel)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. single tap on right edge of pad, and drag down

Actual Results:  
curser moved down...  :-(

Expected Results:  
Mozilla window should have scrolled
