Noticed the dreamlte has been at medium capacity. While this isn't a problem just yet, it's better to switch to a high capacity device in the case of queuing on a busy day.

As the flank-arm-robo-test (Robo test) runs more often, I'll switch the device there and keep the dreamlte in the flank-arm-legacy-api-tests as it runs less often currently. Older API High capacity is sparse if any in the Test Lab inventory these days.
