Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add folder location widget to toolbar for the mail tab
  2. Try to select a different folder from the drop down menu

Actual results:

The folder does not change (ex. if I'm in my inbox and select drafts from the drop down menu, I'll stay in my inbox)

Expected results:

The folder should change to whatever was selected from the drop down menu (ex. if I'm in my inbox and I select drafts from the drop down menu, I should be brought to drafts)

This sounds like a duplicate of bug 1843979 to me.
